• Watch must be in 100% original condition:

  • All plastic films, stickers, and tags must remain intact.

  • No signs of wear, scratches, or bracelet resizing.

• Must include original packaging: box, cards, and all accessories.

• You must request a return authorization from us before sending the item back.

🚚 Free Prepaid Return Label:

• We provide a prepaid, trackable shipping label for approved returns.

• You pay zero shipping fees to return the watch.

• Returns must be sent back within 3 days of receiving your return label.

• Dandong movement failure due to normal use.

• GMT function issues (e.g. jumping hand not functioning correctly).

• Timekeeping deviation beyond accepted range (e.g. worse than -15/+15 seconds per day after break-in).

• Power reserve issues (e.g. less than 48 hours).

• Water resistance failure (if unmodified and never opened).

❌ What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or impact (e.g. dropping the watch).

• Wear and tear (scratches, faded lume, worn bracelet).

• Water damage if crown is not properly screwed in.

• Tampering, opening, or servicing by unauthorized parties.

• Removal of laser-etched serials or model identifiers.

🔧 Warranty Service Process:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue.

2. Provide photos or video of the issue.

3. Upon approval, we’ll either:

   • Offer local service with cost coverage.

   • Accept a return for free repair or replacement.

4. We’ll cover return shipping and re-delivery costs for approved claims.
